Things to Keep in Mind When Building Webpages
- Don't let text touch your borders.
- Don't let text touch the edge of a background change.
- Always be sure that you have enough contrast between background and foreground colours.
- Don't forget to add shadows to text or blur to images when text is on top of an image.
- Start with a good structure for your page. Gradients, shadows, backgrounds, and decorative images are all "enhancements" that should be added after you have a solid structure. For every enhancement you need to have a specific reason for adding it.
